Consumer Protection Regulations

For your protection, this on-line shop is fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. As such, a cooling-off period of seven working days (Monday-Friday) of receipt of the goods is allowed for customers who have purchased a product from us without first viewing the item at the circuit. Written, faxed or emailed correspondence must be received by us within this time. Reliance on a telephone conversation is not sufficient.

Returning items

Items can be returned to us under the distance selling regulations if the post and packing is paid for by the customer. Products returned to us in a damaged condition (not caused by transportation) will either be returned at the customer's expense or sold at a reduced price. If this latter option is agreed then it follows that any refund must be witheld until the sale to the third party is made and the correct sum is then able to be calculated. When items have been paid for by a credit card then an additional 2% may be charged for each transaction processed.
